Important information

Please note the following important details regarding stays that include an event:

For bookings that include an event, the minimum stay is 5 nights.
The event fee is €600, which includes one cleaning service after the event.

The property can accommodate up to 26 guests staying overnight.
For the event itself, the total number of attendees can be up to 60 people. However, please note that only 26 guests can stay overnight at the property. Any additional attendees are welcome to attend the ceremony and the party only, but they cannot sleep at the property.

The swimming pools are maintained once every 4–5 days, and the gardens are maintained once every 7 days.

A security deposit of €1,500 will be required in case of any damages. This amount will be fully refunded if no damages occur.

For reservations of more than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning service will be provided every 5 days.

Wir hatten alle drei Villen für eine Woche für unsere Hochzeit mit 23 Personen gebucht und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend, die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr umfangreich, es sind außerdem genügend spülmaschinen, Waschmaschinen und große Kühlschränke und Grills vorhanden. Unsere Erwartungen wurde mehr als übertroffen, da sowohl die Ausstattung, wie auch der Außenbereich und die Pools fantastisch waren. Die Kommenunikation mit den Inhabern verlief sehr einfach, schnell und proaktiv. Auf alle Anfragen wurde sofort reagiert. Wir hatten außerdem spontan die Möglichkeit früher einzuchecken. Was uns sehr gefreut hat, war die spezielle Hochzeitsdeko und kleine Gastgeschenke. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet und ich würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

We booked all three villas for a week for our wedding with 23 people and had a wonderful time. The view is breathtaking, and the kitchen equipment was very extensive. There were also enough dishwashers, washing machines, large refrigerators, and grills available. Our expectations were more than exceeded, as both the facilities and the outdoor area and pools were fantastic. Communication with the owners was very easy, fast, and proactive. All requests were answered immediately. We also had the opportunity to check in earlier at short notice, which made us very happy. What we especially appreciated was the special wedding decoration and the small guest gifts. Everything is designed with great care, and I would recommend it at any time.
