The space

Outdoors :

On the front side of the building, there is an external garage door which is also the entrance to the villa, and you can park a car safely. Also, in the same area, you will find a pergola with an outdoor dining table for four people, a gas barbecue and a lawn area.

The back of the building is the best part of the house, where is the pool and you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets! The pool works with salt water electrolysis. Salt is less irritating to the eyes and skin and has a familiar taste, rather than a chemical like traditional chlorine.

You will find four sunbeds with two small tables, one umbrella and one dining table in the pool area for six people. There is also an outdoor shower.
The pool is for private use, and we provide pool towels.

Indoors:
The ground floor consists of a living area with a sofa bed, a six-person dining table, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
Also, you will find a bathroom with a laundry machine.

The first floor consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have balconies and amazing views.
Also, you will find a bathroom.

All the rooms have air-conditioning and free wifi.

You will have full access to all the areas of the villa. The swimming pool is private, only for your use.

Location

The location of Aliganou village is ideal because although it is a short distance from the centre of the city of Chania (10 km), you are in a completely peaceful place, in the Cretan nature.

Villa Nektar was built on the side of a mountain (The area is called Aliganou), and you have a panoramic view from east to west.
The view you have from this area is the best you can find in the prefecture of Chania because you can see the bay of Souda, the plain of Chania, the city of Chania, the Cretan sea and a wonderful sunset to the west (Kissamos).

Besides the three villas that make up Aliganou village, there are very few houses in the same area. The area is not yet developed touristically, and this is probably the best time to discover it.

You will find a mini-market at a distance of 9 minutes by car, and at a distance of 14 minutes, you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and other businesses.
